We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Assistant who will be based in Agia Paraskevi, Athens.
Role Overview
- Design and update job descriptions in order to reflect each position’s tasks and requirements.
- Post job ads on various recruitment channels (job sites, social media etc.).
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Implement and oversee new hire’s onboarding process.
- Assist with the setup of the personnel’s yearly evaluation process and ensure its smooth implementation.
- Participate in the organization of wellness activities, voluntary events, fun projects etc. in order to enhance employee’s engagement.
- Assist with various projects and support daily functions of the HR department.
Requirements
- BSc in Business, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
- Experience in equivalent position would be preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail orientation and teamwork.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
