Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Team Leader is responsible for executing the Sales strategy, leading to the delivery of all critical sales targets, while effectively leading and motivating the team to constantly attain high standards of performance, contributing to their capability and leadership skills development, and fostering a robust talent pipeline.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in Field Sales roles or other Commercial roles ,
- HoReCa experience would be considered as an asset ,
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines with related professional qualification. ,
- A Master’s degree or an MBA will be considered an asset ,
- English language strong writing and speaking ability ,
- IT Literacy ,
- Driver’s license ,
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drives area sales performance, achieving all relevant sales Key Business Indicators (KBIs), aiming at full portfolio growth
- Develops and fosters value adding relationships with all key customers and stakeholders
- Identifies and utilizes business development opportunities, leveraging on market insights and trends and drives initiatives leading to Sales growth
- Utilizes market and financial data to support the team in negotiations
- Utilizes appropriate leadership style to drive KBIs and market excellence
- Develops and uses sound commercial and financial understanding to generate business proposals and solutions
- Identifies and secures new business opportunities within the territory
- Establishes best practices for channel and customers
- Works closely with other functions to deliver commercial strategy in own area
- Maintains & develops strategic partnerships with customers, drives the selling & negotiation process (new products, distribution, etc. ), aiming to drive business forward
- Builds capabilities of Sales team through excellent communication, coaching, objective setting, and performance management
- Creates and drives strong Individual Development Plans for team members to strengthen succession pipeline in Commercial Functions
