Description

We are looking for an E-shop Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the marketing team on daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing and studio & warehouse team to effectively manage inventory.
• Monitor, report and suggest improvements on the company’s website while conducting research on competition and preparing presentations when necessary.
• Update and upgrade the website product descriptions and characteristics for effective communication of items and search engine optimization while keeping up with the company’s culture and mission together with the global trends.
• Ensure that all website content is uploaded to the site on a timely basis, refreshed and updated according to the content schedule and that information is consistent in voice and grammatical correctness.
• Act as departmental liaison to other departments as it relates to e-shop issues.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field
• 2-3 years experience on e-shop administration, data entry, administrative assistance or similar
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Familiarity with ERP & CRM systems
• Ability to initiate and follow through on projects in a timely and responsible manner
• Familiarity with FTP and photo editing applications
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
• Experience in the clothing industry will be considered a plus
