As a Social Media & Content Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our digital presence and strengthening our brand voice. You will develop engaging content, manage agency partnerships, collaborate with influencers, and ensure our social channels and website reflect fresh, high-quality, and on-trend communication that supports our marketing objectives.
🎯 Your Mission:
- Develop and maintain compelling content calendar across social media accounts aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns
- Manage marketing agencies and third parties and follow-up on the day-to-day business with them to ensure good collaboration, impactful deliverables, fast execution, and quality content
- Conceptualize campaign and content ideas, ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network and a content communication plan
- Write and edit high-quality content for social media
- Create, maintain, and optimize website content and promotional offers for Avis
- Being on top of the latest social media trends
Requirements
- Proven Experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role for at least two years
- Proven experience managing content calendars end-to-end
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication, Business Administration, or related fields
- Familiarity with SEO principles, content and social media insights
- Working knowledge of marketing CRM/automation tools is highly desirable
- Basic visual editing in Canva for quick iterations & Hands-on experience with AI content tools
