Job’s Purpose
The Consumer Support associate is a member of the Marketing Team who will play a key role in safeguarding that each interaction our customers have when contacting us from any touch point results in a memorable experience.

We are looking for a person with natural curiosity, patience, empathy and great communication skills. A professional that will be comfortable with the constantly changing market and customer needs, eager to improve customer value and have a real impact by joining a dynamic and dedicated customer service team.
What you will focus on
• Implement customer service strategy and coordinate the smooth operation of the AB Contact Center.
• Manage CRM platform (Salesforce Service Could) for the registration and processing of customer requests as well as the telephony of the contact center (Vonage).
• Design and supervise all customer service activities by the external call center agency and collaborates with internal teams / divisions for their timely response to customer requests.
• Design and develop effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards to ensure customer satisfaction and is responsible for the continuous training of all parties involved (internal and external).
• Analyze the KPI’s of the contact center operation and relevant reports in order to both monitor the progress of the requests and highlight areas of improvement in the customer’s experience.
Be the link between our customers and teams, solve complex customer inquiries and propose solutions to minimize friction points.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and the Salesforce Service Cloud regional team and proposes new functionalities and features. Participates in implementations and is responsible for end-to-end tests, through weekly UATs and releases of the application.
Who we are looking for
• BSc Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset.
• Working experience 5 to 6 years, in Retail, FMCG, Customer Care or Insurance.
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of the French language would be considered an asset
- Experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud platform would be considered and asset)
