Position Requirements

The Financial Planning Specialist holds full ownership, end to end, of the Financial Planning Circle of the Company.

More specifically, the job holder:

Identifies and analyzes Sales Forecasting, Planning, Gross Profit, and Expense variances, applying on every Business Unit and Job Function

Controls and reviews the monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements, shareholder reports and balance sheets, and accordingly prepare Business Reviews both for Local and Group Management Team

Works on Budget, Forecast, and Long-Term Plan

Collaborates with all Business Units, so deep financial and business understanding is highly required

Specializes in Finance Business Planning especially for E-commerce, Digital and Admin

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relative field

Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration

Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a Multinational firm (preferably in the FMCG sector) or Advisory Company

ACCA or/and CFA (completed at least 2/3 of the program)

Fluency in the English language

Excellent command of MS Office applications. Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Planning, Power BI, Tableau would be considered an asset

High ability to understand and analyze numerical, statistical and economic data

Strong results orientation, accountability and resourcefulness

Strong project management skills with emphasis on organizing and planning multiple & complex tasks

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with different levels

Excellent interpersonal and adaptive skills

Teamwork and cooperation
