About the role

We are seeking to recruit a candidate for the role of Autohellas Hertz eCommerce Specialist, which contributes to our company’s digital growth by assisting in the day-to-day eCommerce operations, but also in the implementation of the company’s strategy towards digital client onboarding.

The role sits within our Autohellas Hertz Marketing & eCommerce Department, reports to the eCommerce & Marketing Manager, and collaborates closely with the Digital Marketing and Communications functions.

Key Accountabilities

• Managing content for the websites of the company and secure day-to-day operations to maintain an excellent overall image.
• Perform UATs and provide feedback.
• Study web analytics to generate a monthly report and share the learnings within the Team.
• Drive SEO for the company’s websites, to improve organic Google search ranking and optimize digital media results.
• In partnership with Marketing, develop in-house direct mailings (newsletters) and digital assets (banners).

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in the fields of eCommerce, Business Administration, Management Science or other related fields. ,
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, in a fast paced and innovative environment. ,
• English Fluency (written & oral). ,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. ,
• Experience in content management systems (CMS). ,
• Fair knowledge of Google Analytics. ,
• Fair understanding of SEO techniques. ,
• Knowledge of Umbraco CMS, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Photoshop, HTML/CSS, JavaScript is not essential, but will be considered as a major asset. ,
• Project management skills. ,
• Self-driven ,
• Growth mindset and results oriented. ,
