We are looking for a qualified young talent to undertake the role of HR Business Partner Commerce within HR function. 

Responsibilities

• Supports, develops & executes the HR agenda (tactical and strategic)
• Leads the People & Organizational Development agenda of the commercial depts, to assess competencies gaps, learning & capability building needs and formulate plans accordingly.
• Co-drives the initiatives in embedding company’s culture throughout the various commercial dept’s.
• Has a proactive approach in managing the people agenda and issues but can equally respond swiftly to challenges.
• Participates and/or coordinates HR activities – recruiting, onboarding, R&R, training, internal communication, performance management, climate survey discussions / action planning monitoring
• Works with Core & Local HR team, ensuring effective delivery & execution of all core HR processes
• Assists and conducts follow ups in the development and implementation of training plans and e-Learning modules
• Utilizes the HR tools and methodology for HR functionalities
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of employment law, processes and tools.
• Participates in functional and cross-functional projects & events

Requirements

S/he:

• Holds of a Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration (or Human Resources). A Master Degree would be considered an additional asset. ,
• Has at least 3 years related experience, ideally as HR Business Partner for commercial divisions ,
• Has full understanding of HR function and its practices & functionalities ,
• Is self-motivated and has the drive and ambition to grow in a multinational environment ,
• Is a proficient user of English in written and oral communication ,
• Has strong computer proficiency (MS Office) ,
• Has superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills ,
• Has organizational skills and can handle multiple priorities at the same time ,
• Is team player, thinking of “we” before “me” ,
• Is proactive, results oriented and has problem-solving skills ,
• Pays meticulous attention to details but can also see the forest ahead. ,
• Is a continuous improvement advocate, making things simple internally ,
• Supports a culture of care, always putting safety first for everyone all of the time ,
• Is passionate about the company, taking responsibility & looking for growth opportunities ,
• Is open-minded & eager to learn, valuing experience, data and insights as vital business assets for success,
