Right now, we are looking for a passionate and data-driven oriented Media & Digital Specialist to join our Media & Digital Team in Athens who is tasked to own end-to-end strategy and evaluate cutting edge media marketing campaigns. We are looking for an individual with experience in offline media as well as paid biddable platforms, display advertising and expertise in manipulating and analyzing large data sets to drive maximum business value.

S/he must have the ability to view/monitor the implementation of the media campaigns in the most efficient way and optimization perspective to reply to business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Be key member of the media team and close cooperate with marketing teams for the media planning and airing of the campaigns in traditional and digital media (Campaigns, digital brand assets, platforms, media plans).
• Ensure delivery of the campaigns against business & campaign objectives as well as consistency across media touchpoints.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and after liaising with the Media team decide on the next steps and give feedback to the media agency, where necessary for optimizing revenues.
• Cross functional collaboration with Trade & PR teams to understand the business issues having as a goal to define the associated media objectives.
• Liaise/support the Digital media & Data manager in the strategy of iDDM, OCO (on-going campaign optimization) to meet the Media Guidelines of Heineken Global.
• Work with media agency to define best practice for brand metrics and results testing and validation, including on-going value delivery.
• Advice creative agency in terms of the digital materials.
• Manage the design or redesign of the brands’ digital and social media assets, improving performance, in direct cooperation with respective brand teams.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in relevant subject to Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or other related discipline. ,
• 3-5 years in media & digital media role Experience in traditional and digital media is required to provide across media guidance for Athenian Brewery brands. ,
• Strong communication skills, collaboration in cross-functional teams, highly organized and able to drive the agenda and manage diverse stakeholders. ,
• Strategic thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English. ,
• Agile interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. ,
• Data-driven and highly analytical mindset. ,
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint. ,
