Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team with a temporary contract (15 months). 

We are looking for an individual to contribute in the development of winning marketing plans, constantly tracking performance of the brands under the scope of work and suggesting initiatives to meet annual targets. This individual will thrive if she/he is eager to learn, has strong entrepreneurial spirit and sets high standards in every brand touchpoint.

Key Account abilities:

• Contribute on crafting brand strategy to achieve business objectives.
• Contribute on Commercial Plan and Brand Strength of portfolio through cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Trade Marketing & Sales teams.
• Market and consumer insights analysis
• Constant monitor of business performance against annual plan and suggestion of corrective actions
• Constant alignment with Trade Marketing to ensure outstanding execution in On Trade and Off Trade.
• Collaborate with external and internal partners for the development of effective through-the-line activations.
• Responsible for brand sponsorships and experiential activations.
• Heavily involved in packaging development
• Responsible for budget control.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree at postgraduate level. ,
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in brand/product management  ,
• Holistic commercial acumen is a must. On-Trade will be considered a plus. ,
• Proven experience in digital media skills. ,
• Data-driven and analytical mindset ,
• Consumer-centric mentality ,
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, ability to work effectively within teams as well as independently ,
• A creative mind able to translate consumer insights and brand strategy into communication objectives and ideas. ,
• Agile interpersonal communication and problem solving skills ,
• Self-motivated professional that can thrive in a team and inspire others ,
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint. ,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ,
• Proven experience in Product /Innovation /Value proposition/Business development will be considered a strong plus ,
