ASTIR PALACE HOTEL is looking for a Fitness Instructor

The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for providing assistance to guests in all aspects of fitness and well-being. This will include classes, specific training, inductions and general gym monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a superior level of fitness instruction and experience to Four Seasons members and guests including safe, quality private and group fitness training that exceeds guest expectation.

• Responsible for providing Hotel guests and members with customized, personal attention by greeting each guest as they enter the fitness area.

• Provide tour of fitness areas and facilities to guests and visitors.

• Anticipate guest needs and be aware of the safest fitness approach so as to adjust to the level of fitness for each guest.

• Provide explanations for exercise techniques and equipment.

• Develops and executes training plans and actively promotes fitness activities thorough guest interaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least two years related working experience

• Proficiency in Greek is preferred and English is a must

• Experienced Yoga Instructor

• Swimming skills advanced

• Good Communications skills and Computer skills

• Has strong interpersonal skills

• EU citizenship is required
