We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a resourceful and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Recruitment team in our Athens Office.

Role summary:
As Manager of the Recruitment function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth sourcing and recruitment process across the company as well as the in-time hiring for approximately 500 positions per year globally, as per HR standards.
You will be reporting directly to the HR Director and leading an international team of 7-9 Recruiters, based in four geographic locations (i.e., Athens, Dubai, Cairo, Jeddah).

What you will need to do:
- Lead successfully the Recruitment function, keeping track of the Recruitment KPIs and reporting regularly on the progress and performance of the Recruitment Team and of external providers/Recruitment Agencies.
- Develop custom tools to better monitor and maximize the efficiency of the Recruitment Function.
- Forecast future hiring needs, based on the projects’ pipeline, and take appropriate actions.
- Tailor the recruitment policies and procedures as appropriate to meet specific needs of the business and minimize bottlenecks in the process.
- Expand further the network of external providers/Recruitment Agencies in the countries of operations.
- Maintain and update a centralized global Service Level Agreements’ (SLAs) Bank with Recruitment Agencies, review and negotiate the Fees and the Terms & Conditions on a global scale.
- Guide and oversee the mapping of the market to identify and track targeted top-qualified job incumbents in critical roles, as well as the proactive building of a pipeline of qualified and interested candidates (i.e., Talent Pools/Communities) to cover immediate and future hiring needs.
- Provide recruitment expertise/input, advise on recruitment trends, and deliver trainings on Recruitment and Interviewing Skills.
- Introduce assessment techniques and/or psychometric tools in the recruitment process for some key positions.
- Supervise the company’s participation in Job Fairs and Career Events in the countries of operation and the set-up of Graduate Programs.
- Build trusting relationship with Hiring Managers, Division, Department and Region Directors and manage expectations.
What you will need to have:
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant fields. MSc in Human Resources Management is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of proven working experience in Recruitment, at least 5 of which in managerial position.
- Recruitment experience in the Construction or related sector will be considered an asset.
- International experience or exposure in the Middle East is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, trends and metrics.
- Hands-on experience with online Recruitment systems and software (i.e., Applicant Tracking Systems, candidate databases).
- Excellent verbal and written English language.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Travelling/mobility: 10%-20% of time, on an ad hoc basis.
