Job Purpose: The Junior Accountant/Treasury ensures the accurate and properly registration of all the accounts based on the legislation and company’s policies.
Responsibilities/Results
The job holder:
- Registers the financial transactions of receipts & payments, cash & checks
- Monitors the properly registration of the notes and customers’ balances
- Conducts the inventory of securities on a quarterly basis and submits inventory data to the Accounting Director and the Senior Accountant/Treasury
- Registers the consolidated self-delivery invoice at the end of the month and monitors that the procedure has been followed properly by the outlet
- Registers the accounting records from our stores and controls their cash flows
- Registers the accounting records, monitors, and reconciles the balance of the treasury in Thessaloniki office.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Up to 2 years previous experience in a similar position
- Proficient level of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy & consistency
- Strong team player
- Organization & time management skills
