Fast Delivery Operations Supervisor
The opportunity
Fast Delivery Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the performance of e-commerce services across the retail network. The role ensures achievement of sales and profitability targets, operational excellence, budget adherence, and continuous improvement of customer experience through close collaboration with stores, external partners, and internal departments.
What you will focus on
- Monitor daily and quarterly performance of e-commerce services across assigned stores, tracking Sales, Opex, Capex, and key operational KPIs. Support Retail Managers in achieving targets through performance analysis, store follow-ups, and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular store visits (Attica bi-monthly; rest of Greece every four months) to ensure proper execution of procedures and service standards.
- Manage delivery capacities, time slots, and service areas to align with demand and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints end-to-end and ensure high service quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with external partners (Wolt, efood, Box, Skroutz) to monitor operational performance.
- Support implementation of e-commerce projects and provide on-the-job training to store teams.
- Promote best practices and continuously seek improvements in service performance and customer experience.
Who we are looking for
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, e-commerce
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field. MSc would be considered an asset
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- Fluency in the English language
