Sales Cloud Coordinator

Aegean Airlines is currently seeking for a Sales Cloud Coordinator.

“Sales Cloud” is a recently implemented software which enables the sales organization to plan, execute and follow up all sales activities through one tool across the organization.

This position brings along the following responsibilities:

System administration

  • Maintenance of user set up and access levels
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot among involved internal departments and Oracle at times of system development or data delivery failure
  • Define structural change requirements based on sales input. Scope and implement in cooperation with Oracle
  • Implement changes on Aegean’s Sales Cloud environment

Sales coordination

  • Participate in business process definition. Document business process and keep them up-to-date at all times
  • Ongoing support in implementation, training and enhancement of business process
  • Drive to improve the team efficiency by sharing knowledge, analyze existing work flows, providing feedback about best practices, tools, functionalities etc.
  • Promotion of new technical developments among the user community
  • Point of contact to report system failures and drive resolution process under guidance of  Aegean’s product owner
  • Helpdesk for functional and process issues reported from the sales organization
  • Drive initiatives that improve the overall product quality and utilization

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα :

Candidates should have the following personal requirements:

  • Very high level of ownership & initiative
  • Accurate reporting, analytical skills and high level of numerical ability
  • Ability to influence and gain cooperative relationships with wide range of audiences ranging from executives to technical specialists
  • Able to communicate very well both technically and functionally under pressure
  • Decisive, organized and proactive approach
  • Team orientation

And the following educational requirements and work experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in the Tourism industry
  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Experience in business analysis / CRM platforms will be considered an asset
  • Advanced MS excel skills
